My iPhone or Google calendar events don't show up.
Open Duedrop Settings → Calendar and make sure sync is on. If calendar access was denied, tap the row to open iPhone Settings and allow Full Access. Google calendars must be added to the iPhone first (iPhone Settings → Calendar → Accounts).
I'm not getting payment or event reminders.
Allow notifications for Duedrop in iPhone Settings → Notifications. Payment reminders are turned on in Duedrop Settings; event alerts are chosen on each event. Reminders are sent at 9 AM for payments and all-day events.
How does iCloud sync work?
Turn on iCloud Sync in Duedrop Settings on each device that uses the same Apple ID. iCloud Drive must be on. If you edit on two devices at almost the same time, the most recent change wins.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap +, search for Duedrop, and choose Today, Next 3 Days, Memo or Today & Memo.
I bought Premium on another device / reinstalled the app.
Open Settings in Duedrop and tap Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all data on the device. If iCloud Sync was on, also remove Duedrop in iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

iPhone이나 구글 캘린더 일정이 안 보여요.
Duedrop 설정 → 캘린더에서 연동이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 캘린더 접근을 거부했다면 그 줄을 눌러 iPhone 설정에서 "전체 접근"을 허용해 주세요. 구글 캘린더는 먼저 iPhone에 추가되어 있어야 해요(iPhone 설정 → 캘린더 → 계정).
결제 알림이나 일정 알림이 오지 않아요.
iPhone 설정 → 알림에서 Duedrop 알림을 허용해 주세요. 결제 알림은 Duedrop 설정에서 켜고, 일정 알림은 일정마다 고를 수 있어요. 결제 알림과 하루 종일 일정 알림은 오전 9시에 와요.
iCloud 동기화는 어떻게 하나요?
같은 Apple ID를 쓰는 각 기기의 Duedrop 설정에서 iCloud 동기화를 켜 주세요. iCloud Drive가 켜져 있어야 해요. 두 기기에서 거의 동시에 수정하면 나중에 바꾼 내용이 남아요.
위젯은 어떻게 추가하나요?
홈 화면을 길게 누르고 + 를 눌러 Duedrop을 찾은 뒤 Today(오늘), Next 3 Days(3일), Memo(메모), Today & Memo(오늘 + 메모) 중에서 골라 주세요.
다른 기기에서 프리미엄을 샀거나 앱을 다시 설치했어요.
같은 Apple ID로 로그인한 상태에서 Duedrop 설정의 "구매 복원"을 눌러 주세요.
데이터를 지우고 싶어요.
앱을 삭제하면 기기의 데이터가 모두 지워져요. iCloud 동기화를 켰었다면 iPhone 설정 → [이름] → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리에서 Duedrop도 지워 주세요.
